Custom Product Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- There is a manufacturing error that deviates from the approved design.
Steps to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order at info@luvacase.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos of the product showing the defect or damage
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will either remake your product or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Important Notes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Returns must be shipped in their original packaging to prevent further damage.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products with design errors made by the customer (e.g., incorrect image upload, typos, or low-resolution files).
- General dissatisfaction with the design after approval and production.
